Description

Muhammad Ali visited San Francisco to continue his involvement in community work.  This was taken at the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) National Convention.  CORE was an early and active civil rights organization.   He was in the San Francisco Bay Area for several days.  Mr. Ali wanted a Black photographer to be with him.  Charles Robinson was awarded the assignment.

Taken in 1967.

Available in a signed, numbered limited edition print.  Edition size is 100.

Print size is 8″ x 10,” matted in an 11″ x 14″ mat.  You supply the frame.
